Our goal in working together with the City of Lansing is to reconnect the City’s residential neighborhoods to the Central Business District.

 

Urban Systems led by Patrick Smith, Brent Forsberg, and Jeff Deehan is a collaboration of 3 development companies, completing over $7 Billion dollars of development over the past 10 years.
